Rule 8.08(b) requires applicants to provide proof of a scaled score of not less than 80 on the MPRE. Under Rule 8.03, a certified MPRE score must be received by the Board no later than one year after the date of written notification of the applicant's successful completion of the bar examination, or else the applicant's bar examination scores shall be void. Applicants who have not satisfied all requirements for admission, including passing the MPRE, on the date bar exam results are released will be notified of their pass/fail status, but their exam scores will not be released (or transferred to another jurisdiction) and their name will not be posted on the Internet, or otherwise released to the public, until all admissions requirements are met.
To request that your MPRE score report be certified to the Missouri Board of Law Examiners, download the MPRE Score Report Request form and instructions at www.ncbex.org or contact: NCBE, MPRE Records Dept., PO Box 451, Iowa City, IA 52243, telephone (319) 337-1304. Include in your request your SSN and the date you took the MPRE and the required fee.
